กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยาพยากรณ์อากาศประจำวันเสาร์ที่ 20 มีนาคม 2553 ลักษณะอากาศทั่วไปเมื่อเวลา 04:00 น.ความกดอากาศต่ำจากความร้อนปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบน ประกอบกับมีลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมบริเวณภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออก ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้บริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบนมีอากาศร้อนกับมีฟ้าหลัวในตอนกลางวัน และมีฝนฟ้าคะนองเกิดขึ้นได้บางแห่ง
